7 Day & Single Bid Forms
Applications will be received by the CMC Calgary up to and including 06:00 for Engineers and 10:00 for C/T/Y, every Friday for the Seven-Day Bid System. Only applications submitted to the CMC Calgary will be accepted. Make sure rank number, employee number and name is on all bids.
To find job codes please view the current applicable crew change posted on the “7 Day Boards”. For new jobs up for bid please refer to the bulletin posted in the workplace.
Please note the change on the online form from the hard copy form in the booking in room. Use your “rank #” on 7 day bid forms, not your seniority #. Your rank # is located in CMA or on the crew change documents.
If you are filling out more than one page for your bid, please indicate page
1 of 2 - 2 of 2, or 1 of 3 - 2 of 3 – 3 of 3 beside your name on form(s).
All 7 Day Bids will be sent to CMC Crew Change Desk, Joanne Flavell and your respective Local Chair.
Single Bids will be sent to CMC, Joanne Flavell and Local Chairs.
All Bid forms will be sent to yourself for your own records and confirmation.
